The Operating Engineers Arena Building is one of the latest improvements to the property. The Arena Building will allow for year-round operator training in an indoor training facility. It will include classrooms and a shop for servicing equipment. The building is 90,000 SF, with a 200′ clear span and 45,000 SF of open space. It is approximately 80′ tall from the ground to the top of the cupola.
