Overview
Vale, Malheur County, Oregon, is about 12 miles west of the Idaho border. The community was the first stop in Oregon along the Oregon Trail. A post office with the name of Vale was established in February 1883. MEGA surveyed and laid out the 3D Seismic Grid consisting of approximately 12 square miles located west of Vale.

The Goal
The project was performed in effort to locate, drill, and produce hydrocarbons from reserves. Providing land and mineral owners the opportunity to maximize the development of their petroleum resources in ways that are environmentally safe and effective.
